Ways to pay

However is easiest for you

Some families like to pay online the same day. Others set up one weekly payment, settle an invoice later, or pay their caregiver in person. All of them are welcome.

Pay online, right now

Use the form on this page. Choose the amount you were billed and finish on a secure Stripe checkout — no account to create.

Pay the same amount every week

If you and One 2 One Transition agreed a weekly amount, save your card once and it is charged automatically each week. You can change or cancel it any time.

Set up weekly payments

Pay from an invoice link

If we emailed or texted you an invoice, open it and tap Pay. It takes you to the same secure checkout, and the receipt is automatic.

Pay in person

With your caregiver at the end of a visit, you can tap your card on a phone and pay on the spot. Ask us and we will show you how.

A question about a bill?

If an amount doesn’t look right, or you’re not sure what a charge was for, call us before you pay. We would much rather sort it out with you than have you pay something you didn’t expect.

A note on receipts

Your receipt is emailed automatically after each payment. Keep it for your records — it shows the amount, the date, and what the payment was for.
